What is Probable Futures Pro?
Please see the Probable Futures Pro informational page.
What are Probable Futures developer resources?
Probable Futures developer resources are tools that software developers can use to build things with Probable Futures data and maps. To start, we are making a minimal API available. In the future, we plan to make more resources available such as Mapbox tilesets, React component libraries, and other ways to access and segment the Probable Futures climate data.
What is the Probable Futures alpha testing group?
Please see the explanation of the alpha testing group on the alpha testing page.
What is expected of people in the group?
Please see the expectations section on the alpha testing page.
How can I join the Probable Futures Pro alpha testing group?
Please request to join by filling out this form.
We will do our best to include everyone who requests to join the group. If we receive overwhelming interest, we may need to limit membership. If that is the case, we will notify individuals we won’t be able to include. If we decide to host subsequent alpha testing groups, we will invite those we were not able to accommodate in the first group before inviting any new participants.
May I invite others to the group? If so, how?
If you would like to invite someone, please email alpha-testing@probablefutures.org to suggest someone or connect someone with us. Please note we may have to limit the number of participants as described above.
May I share data or screenshots I create in Probable Futures Pro or links to the developer resources publicly?
Because we are in private alpha, please ask us before sharing data or screenshots from Probable Futures Pro or links to the developer resources publicly. You are welcome to ask in Slack or by emailing hello@probablefutures.org.
The organization where I work would like to integrate Probable Futures maps or data directly into our product. How can we do that?
We are happy to help. Please reach out to hello@probablefutures.org.
