Founder, Probable Futures
Spencer Glendon founded Probable Futures in 2020 to help democratize climate science and bridge the gap between climate and other disciplines. His insights have appeared in outlets such as Fortune, The New Yorker, Bloomberg, and Vice, as well as on MSNBC, WGBH, and numerous podcasts.
Before founding Probable Futures, Spencer spent 18 years as a Macroanalyst, Partner, and Director of Investment Research at Wellington Management. He is currently an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School and a senior fellow at the Woodwell Climate Research Center.

Alison Smart
Founding Executive Director, Probable Futures
Alison Smart is the Founding Executive Director of Probable Futures, where she brings together leaders across science, design, technology, business, and culture to develop accessible climate literacy tools and resources.
She is also a Senior Fellow for Communications at Woodwell Climate Research Center and an active member of the BMW Foundation’s Responsible Leaders Network. Alison was named to the 2023 Grist 50 list, and her insights have appeared in outlets such as Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Climate Tribe, and the Urban Libraries Council, as well as on podcasts including My Climate Journey.
